Product Description

The silicon carbide bricks produced by our company are refractory products made of silicon carbide as the main raw material, with a silicon carbide content of 72% to 99%. Generally, black carbonization (SiC content above 96%) is used as the raw material, and the binder (or without the binder) is added, and it is prepared through the steps of batching, mixing, molding and firing. The main crystal phase is silicon carbide. Divided into clay bonding, Si3N4 bonding, Sialon bonding, β-SiC bonding, Si2ON2 bonding and recrystallization silicon carbide bricks. Our company has specially developed zirconium-containing silicon carbide bricks for the phosphorus chemical industry, which further improves the service life of the products in the phosphorus chemical industry. It has the characteristics of abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature strength, good thermal shock stability, high thermal conductivity, and low thermal expansion coefficient. It is a high-performance refractory material.
